Inspections are so important. Don't worry once we are here, we will work together to make sure all necessary inspections are ordered. This will allow us to be able to negotiate further if needed.

Congratulations we are at the end, this is where all negotiations are done and we are ready to close. This step is important as the first step, and I will be there to chaperone escrow to closing.
